As a newly established NDIS provider, we bring fresh energy and a participant-first approach to disability support services. Our founders recognized that too many NDIS participants were struggling with slow response times, inflexible services, and the exhaustion of coordinating multiple providers.

Sam co-founded Empowering Hands with a vision to create a truly participant-centered NDIS provider. With a background in disability support and a passion for empowering independence, Sam leads our team with hands-on involvement in service delivery and participant relationships.
